First American Credit Union recognizes the importance in the responsibility to protect members private information and financial records. First American Credit Union will take prudent and reasonable measures to safeguard the accuracy and privacy of all member information including information used while conducting business via the internet, ATM networks, wire services, telephone, the U.S. mail, and other means of communication.

First American Credit Union will limit the use and collection of information about members to that which, in FACU's judgement, is necessary to administer business, provide excellent service, and offer opportunities that we think will be in the best interest of members.

First American will protect your personal information. FACU will maintain strong security controls to ensure that member information in our files and computers is protected. Where appropriate, we will use security coding techniques to protect against unauthorized access to personal records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality.

First American Credit Union does not disclose member information to third parties (excluding credit union affiliates) concerning your account for purposes inconsistent with applicable legal requirements and standards.
